ALPENCAMPING MARK app for iPhone and iPad

With our new app we want to make everything easier, more convenient, more useful, more informative and therefore more comfortable for our guests from the first contact, the stay itself, until the departure.

For example, you can just find information about our offer, make a request, place a reservation or find the fastest way to get there.

Once you have arrived at the campsite, our app becomes the number 1 source of information. So you always know which activity is running the next day or the whole week and at what time the riding, riding out, climbing, Segway courses, children’s triathlon, archery, etc. are taking place.

Of course, we also provide information about the current daily menu in our restaurant, or the quickest way to get to the nearest supermarket or bus stop. All other important and useful details and valuable, helpful links will be provided during your holiday.

And the best thing about it: You can decide for yourself whether you want to be actively informed about news, information, changes of plan, etc., or just take a look for yourself if you want to. You will definitely not be disturbed or “over-informed” by our app during your leisure time, if you do not want that. We promise you that. It should stay a holiday and so many people would like to use the phone less.

Even before your departure, you can look up the quickest and best route, or see if there are roadworks or delays which means you should use a later or earlier exit on the highway - no one wants to drive backwards or drive back with a car/trailer combination or camper if it could easily be prevented.

All these are useful details that should be valuable for our guests. This is the first year our app has been in use and we will continue to develop it to fill in the missing information, delete the annoying parts and simply improve it. Lets enjoy of this new technology together, but of course, in any case, without neglecting the human side. Therefore, just like before, we and the entire team are personally at your disposal at any time if you have questions or need more information.
